American Made. This well made Breastcollar has wool-felt on the back so it doesn't rub your mini. If you need more measurements, please let us know. Measurements: Center to end of tug - 12” – 17” Actual strap is 9” Tug is 2 ½” to 8” long with holes every 2” for adjustment. The connecting strap that attaches to your girth is 12” to 18 ½” (not including snap in measurement) Every stap has many holes for adjustments.
