Rubber Bit Guard

Rubber Bit Guards are generally used for preventing the sensitive corners of a horse’s mouth from being pinched by the bit. Most commonly, these are used with O-ring bits, because the mouthpiece on this bit is not attached to the rings, but rather can move freely around on them. This increases the chances of pinching.
